Arrival in the France Toulouse Mission

Note: Elder Bennallack did in fact call home during his layover in Minneapolis.  I was able to speak to him for quite some time and then he was able to call his brother Michael in Brisbane.  Unfortunately, his Dad missed him since he was at work and Sarah at school..  It was so lovely to hear his voice and feel his excitement!  We were especially excited to get this email from his Mission President!

Dear Parents of Elder Bennallack,

We are happy to confirm that Elder Bennallack has arrived safely
yesterday. Sister Carter and I welcomed him at the airport, and then
hosted him for dinner and a good night sleep! He left the Mission Home
this morning to go to Périgueux, his first area in the Mission.

We love him already! We thank you for sending him here to serve our
Lord and Savior. We will do our best to make his experience a
memorable one for all his life. If we can do anything for you, do not
hesitate to contact us.
